Refund

If you could not attend an examination session for personal or administrative reasons, your registration can be deferred to the session of your choice. If you missed the last exam session of the year, and your registration cannot be postponed, you can request a refund of your registration fee. To create a refund request file, please provide us with the following documents:

• Proof of absence
• Registration certificate
• Identity document
• Bank details

Our departments will examine your request. If it is legitimate, we will send you additional documents to be signed and returned to us, then forward your file to the financial services.
