Registration

To reserve your place at CUEF, we invite you to pre-register by clicking here or by going directly to the CUEF secretariat. You will then receive a pre-registration certificate. This document must be presented to your embassy in order to obtain your student visa. Once you have obtained your visa, please send us the following documents to finalize your registration:

• Completed registration form. Download here the registration form.
• Identity document
• Copy of most recent diploma obtained (all applicants must hold at least a baccalauréat or equivalent)
• Proof of payment of CVEC
• Proof of civil liability insurance. Download here the liability and charter form.

    You will then be asked to go to the CUEF school office to pay the full tuition fees.

The UD Passerelle selection campaign begins in March 2025. Please send your application to scocuef@univ-perp.fr and anne-veronique.fabre@univ-perp.fr. A complete application includes the following documents:

• CV
• cover letter specifying your academic project
• most recent diploma(s) obtained
• French language certificate (if available)
• proof of status: asylum seeker, subsidiary protection or refugee  

Registration for the UD French on academic purposes is based on a partnership between your university and the CUEF. We therefore invite you to contact your university.
