What steps do I need to take to enrol at CUEF in Perpignan?
I. Complete your pre-enrolment
1. Fill in the online booking form and pay the non-refundable deposit of €250.

2.Fill in the registration form.

3. Provide copies of the following documents:- copy of your identity document
- copy of your most recent diploma
4. Send all documents to the CUEF office : scocuef@univ-perp.fr
5. The school office will email you a placement test to assess your language level in order to place you in the appropriate class.
You must complete the placement test and send your results to the school at scocuef@univ-perp.fr and anne-veronique.fabre@univ-perp.fr
6. Once the results of the placement test have been sent to the school office, along with all of the documents listed above, the school office will send you your pre-enrolment certificate within a few days.
This document must be presented to your embassy in order to obtain your student visa.
II. Once you have obtained your student visa, complete your administrative enrolment
1.Complete the Insurance and Charter form

2. Provide a passport photograph.
3. Pay the Student and Campus Life Contribution (CVEC) for your academic year. Then send the CVEC certificate.

Log in to the CVEC website
4. Send proof of payment for your training course.
5. Send these documents to the CUEF office : scocuef@univ-perp.fr
6. You'll receive your school certificate and student card once you've started your course. - Universitary diploma bridge (DUP)

The selection process for DU Passerelle programmes begins on 23 March 2026 and ends on 29 May 2026.

A complete application includes the following documents :- CV
- proof of status: asylum seeker, subsidiary protection or refugee
- covering letter specifying the university project
- last diploma(s) obtained
- French language certificate (if possible)
